In 2023, we partnered with Transport NSW, Bicycle NSW, Zoomo, and Shippit to run Australia’s first e-cargo bike last mile delivery pilot program.

In 2023, we took our ideas to the streets of Sydney’s CBD.

Working alongside partners we tested cargo e-bikes and new delivery models in real-world conditions.

The pilot gave us valuable insights into the challenges and opportunities shaping urban logistics. Through data, operational testing, and on-the-ground experience, we gained a deeper understanding of how innovative delivery methods could improve access, increase delivery velocity, support sustainability objectives, and create better outcomes for customers.

Today, we continue to refine, innovate, and improve new delivery methods and operational systems; constantly testing, learning, and adapting to meet the changing needs of cities, businesses, and customers.
